We would send a Replacement note to the vendor and same can be replaced through the vendor shop / school.
Question :Till how many days can I return the item (Books / Uniform / Stationery / Others) purchased?
Ans :You can initiate a replacement process within 10 days of the delivery of the item.
Question :Can I cancel my order, after making payments?
Answer :Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the order is shipped for delivery to your shipment address.
Question :Can I return an item, ordered after purchasing due to change of mind?
Answer : Yes, you can return the item until the item has been dispatched for delivery. Once the item is dispatched for delivery from the warehouse the standard replacement policy will follow. However, it is worth noting that once an order is out for delivery it will no longer be eligible for refund.
Question : What about the difference in the exchange amount?
Answer : Customer needs to pay the excess amount in case the amount is different from the original purchase amount.
We'll make the refund to the card/account that was used to pay for the original order.
Normally refund happens within 7 days of cancellation of order. In case it is delayed, same can be enquired about through our support team.
