We always want our customers to be completely happy with everything bought from planmyschool.com. If you're not satisfied with something you've bought, simply get it replaced within 10 days from the date of delivery.

At planmyschool.com we take all precautions to ensure proper packing and shipping of your items so that you can buy items online in a hassle free manner. But if something is wrong with the item shipped by planmyschool.com, we ensure an easy return and/or replacement against your purchase.

If your order was placed online you can return item(s) back to us by emailing to us at support@planmyschool.com For exchange use the replacement information provided on your order receipt.

2. Items should be ideally in the original packaging.
3. Items should be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

How to return an item (Books / Uniform / Stationery / Others) through online method?

It’s a simple process, just go to your Support page and Make a request for Replacement Or Mail us at Email: support@planmyschool.com
Do Mention the Following things In the mail
1) Order number
2) Item Details,Qty and Price of the Order
3) Reason for Replacement
We would send a Replacement note to the vendor and same can be replaced through the vendor shop / school.


Question :Till how many days can I return the item (Books / Uniform / Stationery / Others) purchased?

Ans :You can initiate a replacement process within 10 days of the delivery of the item.


Question :Can I cancel my order, after making payments?

Answer :Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the order is shipped for delivery to your shipment address.


Question :Can I return an item, ordered after purchasing due to change of mind?

Answer : Yes, you can return the item until the item has been dispatched for delivery. Once the item is dispatched for delivery from the warehouse the standard replacement policy will follow. However, it is worth noting that once an order is out for delivery it will no longer be eligible for refund.

Question : What about the difference in the exchange amount?

Answer : Customer needs to pay the excess amount in case the amount is different from the original purchase amount.

REFUND METHOD:

We'll make the refund to the card/account that was used to pay for the original order.
Normally refund happens within 7 days of cancellation of order. In case it is delayed, same can be enquired about through our support team.
